Any estimate, price range, or guidance we provide before an on-site inspection is free and offered for general information only. It is not an offer, a guarantee of price, or a binding contract. A firm, written estimate is provided only after we inspect the property. Submitting the estimate request form does not create a contract, reserve a date, or obligate either of us to proceed.

Any roofing or contracting work we perform is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and Horizon Realty Developments. That agreement controls the scope of work, price, materials, schedule, and any warranty. These Terms govern only your use of this website and do not create a contract for work.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Content may change without notice. The text, images, logo, and design on this site are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty for completed work, if any, is set out only in your separate signed agreement with us.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Horizon Realty Developments LLC and its owners and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to this website or these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted.
